Dry Roasted Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

Cook time: 75 mins

Ingredients

  • Lion’s mane mushroom

  • Unrefined sea salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. Cut mushrooms into strips or 1-2 inch pieces. Sprinkle with salt

  3. Spread mushroom pieces out in a single layer on a cookie sheet or a large cast iron skillet. Roast for 60-90 minutes or until pieces are crispy around the edges. Mushrooms will crisp up more as they cool down.

Notes: Great alone as a snack, or a substitute for animal protein as a meal.
